These songs date back to 2014 & 2015. They were re-recorded in a cold garage on an out of tune piano that was saved from the garbage. New life to the piano, and now new life to these songs! There is always hope.

Anyone have the original EP? I would love a copy.

There are some fun outtakes and stripped down versions that are only available if you buy/download the album.

Always Hope EP timeline:

2014 - Some songs from the Lightning EP are taken and re-recorded for the Always Hope EP, 2015.

2015 - The Always Hope EP is released. I think there were two versions, but I could be remembering wrong.

2016 - I decide to "re-imagine" the album, now that I had found my authentic singing voice.

2017 - It never gets completed. Instead, I move to Bowling Green, start singing with lots of vibrato, and record Dorm Daze, Vol. 1.

2018 - I decide to remake the album, AGAIN, with my overly vibrato voice. I only end up recording a new version of "Ashes". Instead, Dorm Daze, Vol. 2 happens.

2019 - 2022 Pandemic stuff & I break my laptop, losing all the old recordings.

2022 - I start to re-record the album, AGAIN AGAIN. This time, with all my fancy new equipment and authentic singing voice. I get one song near-finished and my girlfriend gives me the idea to record an album on our trash piano!

2023 - I finally release the EP in its entirety!
