about

"I said I love you, 'cause I was feeling it!" 🌱

The first part of the album sets the stage with themes of technophobia, alienation, addiction to cheapness & pleasure, and newness ready to break free!

"Life is suffering; look what it made me" 💔

The second part of our album gives us a look into the painful and traumatic past; we see a character who tries to be stronger and gets seduced and lost in a world that offers him whatever he wants, but maybe not what he really needs.

"America, where do I belong when your dream is just an empty song you sang?" 📱

The third part of our album follows our character waking up from the fogginess of mindlessness. He is jaded and feel disconnected from the people around him. He sees a nation endlessly swiping past the troubles of the world and shooting up on anything to mask the pain. The American dream is exposed to be a lie, as he sees a wall built up around the borders and people of color still in cages. He is overwhelmed with critics telling him what he should love, news media selling sensationalism, and the bad choices he has made.

"To be so loud, you must feel small" 🎓

We graduate from the Dorm Daze, in the finale of our performance. We find our character walking around soft snowy streets at night; passing by broken bottles, herds of painted up party people, homeless, churches, convenience stores, and curious cats. He sees the world from the outside looking, but also sees inside himself and recognizes that all that he has grown to hate is also what he has contributed to in some way. He shares some wisdom, and moves on, hoping that maybe a few will find a way out of the darkness too and find new life after the Dorm Daze.
